Refund Policy

Please be aware that once my reports are purchased, there is no cancellation or refundable policy.

Exceptionally, in case you purchased the item by mistake, please contact me within 12 hours, and I should refund you upon the condition that I have not started working on your report yet.

I agree that my session will be digitally recorded for my later use. I understand that often in QSG sessions a fascinating universal information is revealed that can benefit humanity. I allow Elodie Joseph to share this type of Universal information from my own QSQ session either on video, audio or in written form, on their social media channels, in blogs or books, etc., provided that my identity & personal details are omitted or changed.
